Public voices.
Informed policy.
Better government.
IRR International brings together research, public opinion and policy analysis to inform reform. We examine the challenges facing communities and explore how government can respond with greater fairness, accountability and ambition.
Better policy begins with listening, We believe the public should help shape the decisions that affect their lives. Our mission is to bring their priorities into policy debates, strengthen trust in government and develop ideas that translate public concerns into practical reform.
What Drives Us
Our Priorities
Public Trust & Accountability
Understanding what builds-and undermines-confidence in government, and examining how institutions can become more responsive, transparent and accountable.
Public Participation
Giving public attitudes and everyday experiences a stronger place in policymaking through opinion polling, research and open debate.
Fairness & Opportunity
Examining how policy can improve living standards, reduce barriers to opportunity and support people whose needs are too often overlooked.
Practical Reform
Developing informed proposals that connect evidence with action, recognising the choices, constraints and responsibilities involved in governing.
Research informed by people.
Reforms shaped by evidence.
The Institute of Research and Reforms (IRR) International is a UKbased think tank working to strengthen public trust and inform policy that improves people's lives.
We commission public opinion research, publish analysis and contribute to debates on the economic, social and political challenges facing the UK and the wider world. Our work asks how policy decisions reflect public priorities, what their consequences mean for different communities and where reform is needed.
Public participation is central to our approach. We believe people should have a meaningful voice in policymaking between elections, and that understanding their experiences is essential to making better decisions.
Our purpose is to connect that understanding with constructive proposals for government, public institutions and society
